Dr. Igor Smirnov is a pioneer in biophysics who graduated with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Nuclear Engineering at St. Petersburg Naval Academy. He also acquired a PhD in Clinical Psychology at St. Petersburg State University.

With strong understanding in physics, biology and chemistry, Dr. Smirnov tapped on his rudimentary knowledge of electromagnetic ionizing and non-ionizing radiation to kickstart the brainstorming around the WaveRider. After receiving his first degree, he spent time with the Russian Navy and then continued to study at St. Petersburg State University, where he researched on low and subtle electromagnetic radiation in the area of cellular structure and communication (signal transduction) as part of his doctoral thesis.

When he moved to the United States in the early 1980s, he continued his research and was awarded the US patent 6,369,399, on April 9th, 2002. This allowed him to claim the “Electromagnetic Shield Method & Device” technology. He continued with his research work and in October 2011, he was awarded with another US Patent 8,044,376, which let him claim, “Device & Method for Protection Against Exposure from Electromagnetic Radiation.”

WaveRider is the combination of these patents, a robust technology made possible with years of research and dedication for purpose of ensuring continued protection of EMF in the face of the technology advancements.

Our products are based on the Molecular Resonance Effect Technology (MRET) which is patented by Dr. Igor Smirnov. We must use generic names instead of brand names when submitting a technology to peer-reviewed scientific journals for publication. This is why, H20m was submitted as MRET Water, WaveShield as MRET Shield and WaveRider as MRET Generator. It is good to note that all peer-reviewed articles on MRET Shield applies to the WaveRider and vice versa. The WaveShield is designed to protect when in use (passive protection) while the WaveRider protects when it is switched on (active protection).

The WaveRider is designed with a lifespan of 17,520 hours. When switched on for 10 hours a day, it will last for up to 4.5 years. When it is left with 200 hours of use-life, a red LED light will blink.

The device’s healing frequencies are generated by the patented material – a polymer with billions of nano-rings or circles. The electronics and a flashing LED light “irritate” or “excite” the nano-rings which then begin to vibrate and release a set of extremely low, organic frequencies. Since the nano-rings are of different sizes, the Wave Rider can create a “resonance effect” with various parts of our body.

The material as a lifespan – much like a “fatigue point”. Constant excitation causes the polymeric material to have subtle structural changes and this can impact its performance. Based on an experiment performed at Kiev University’s material sciences department, it has been recommended to change the polymer after 17,520 hours of use.

Marketing for the WaveRider was very challenging in the early stages. Costs of developing, designing and registering the IPs required a level of funding. Dr. Smirnov was also required to invest in the costs of R&D and independent testing in the reputable labs. It was therefore financially challenging when advocating a complete solution for homes and offices, especially when riding organic waves into EMR waves was unheard of.

Yet, we soldiered on. Dr. Smirnov continued to write articles and had them published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. On our end, investing in marketing, setting up conferences and a scientific panel proved as effective as working with the likes of Ty Bollinger and the late Dr Masaru Emoto. Dr. A Sundardas’ book named ‘Radiation Toxicity’ which delved into the science behind the WaveRider contributed to our cause as well.

• Pack your WaveRider into its original box or a similar or slightly larger box). Please ensure that the device is well-protected. Do not use a box with a size larger than 28cm X 18cm X 14cm.
• Call the nearest DHL office or use the DHL email you received to arrange for the collection of your unit.
• Upon receiving your expired product, our technician will replace the core-part. Repair will take 2-3 weeks depending on the availability of stocks.

The non-electronic generated frequencies of the WaveRider are very subtle, similar to those of the cells in our body. You may not feel comfortable or well when you first install a Wi-Fi router. Tests by our science panel member Dr Nobuhiro Maruyama revealed promising results. With an optical encephalography equipment of 16 probing points on the frontal part of the head, he measured and showed an increase of oxygenated blood in 14 of the 16 points. One of the non-illness effects of EMF is the tightening of blood-brain barrier (BBB) – its role is to protect the brain from unknown substances such as man-made radiation. Tightening of the BBB limits blood flow to the brain. With the WaveRider, blood flow to the brain is normalized and this helps people suffering from brain-related diseases such as Alzheimer’s, which Dr Maruyama set out to investigate.

The core-part of the WaveRider can only be manufactured in San Diego by Dr. Smirnov, and then it is taken through a series of tests for quality assurance, before it is sent to the factory in Singapore to be assembled. There are specific requirements to tests the subtle frequencies, such as a dedicated room and specialised instruments. With quality control taking precedence, it takes a while for us to stock up.
