REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

To request for a return/exchange, please write in to info@emfrequency.com or support@emfrequency.com for the mailing address. Please include your Name, Order Number and Detailed photos of the product within 30 days upon receiving it. Items returned will be further inspected and EMFrequency Solutions reserves the right to reject any returns/exchange request if the returned item(s) do not meet the requirements. Postage costs incurred during the returns process will NOT be borne by EMFrequency Solutions unless it meets the requirements.

1) Returns/exchange are accepted for the following conditions:

  • Items that have manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items were sent
  • Item that got damaged during the shipping process and a replacement is unable to be provided

2) To be eligible for returns/exchange, your returned item(s) should:

  • Be in their original working condition
  • Item should be in the original packaging
  • Return/exchange requests made due to change of mind will NOT be accepted.

Once returns/exchange is accepted, the price of the item will be refunded within 30 days. We recommend the use of a tracking delivery service. Refund will be the same means of payment made during purchase, unless otherwise stated.
